Founded by Malisa Conley in 2022, our organization was born out of a deep commitment to addressing the diverse and evolving needs of our community.  Recognizing the potential for positive change, Malisa passionately invited individuals who shared her belief in making a meaningful impact to come together with compassion and a shared purpose.  This call to action attracted a dedicated group of like-minded individuals, who, united by a common vision, embarked on a journey to create lasting, positive change in our community.  Since its inception, our organization has been driven by the belief that collective efforts fueled by compassion and a shared sense of purpose, can bring about transformative and sustainable improvements for all those we aim to serve. “Our Hands Together”, would serve as a beacon of support and empowerment for those navigating various life stages and circumstances.
